KU Alum Part of First Science from ALMA

KU alum, Stuartt Corder (BS: Astronomy, Math, Physics - 2001), currently on the staff at NRAO in Charlottesville, VA, is co-author of the first science results from the ALMA millimeter array in Chile. The millimeter wavelength images of Fomalhaut with the still-under-construction array already match the resolution of HST at optical wavelengths.
